I sneak snacks into the movie theatre…
(I know I am not the only one!)
HARRY POTTER IS TONIGHT.
(Sorry, I just needed to get it out!)
It is a tradition of mine to go see the midnight showing, or pick up the book at a midnight release party. There are no more books (sigh) but there are 3 more movies! (This one and the 7th book is being turned into a two part movie, YES!!!)
We all know Harry Potter is the best book series ever, so lets get back to the Peanut Butter Chip Brownies. That’s right, brownies.
Brownies are easy to throw in a zip loc baggy, and easy to snack on, which makes this the perfect treat to sneak into the movies!
These brownies are great. The flavor is so rich and deep, while the peanut butter chips make the brownie a little ‘different’. Peanut butter chips taste different than peanut butter… almost like a mix between butterscotch chips and peanut butter. The peanut butter chips could also be replaced with chocolate chips to make the ultimate chocolate brownie. Yum!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies

2. Whisk together all dry ingredients, excluding the chips. Set aside.
3. Add melted butter to the wet mixture, combine fully before adding the dry ingredients. Combine fully and fold in peanut butter chips.
4. Spread into prepared 8×8 inch baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
5. Cool completely before cutting.
