		<description>I am going to leave the peppers whole, use the stuffing with some changes no Cumin add some minced red onion and mix in the bread crumbs. I have one of the standing pepper cookers(it holds 24) core the peppers, stuff them and place them on the smoker will add more flavor to it as well.</description>

I have to say though...some jalapeños are hotter than others and it can get a little tricky!  I&#039;ve also made the mistake of touching my face or my eyes or something without washing my hands and boy does it burn!  I do add a little seasoned salt to it to give it a little more kick!

		<description>I am not sure if the size changes the heat factor in a jalapeño. Did you make sure to remove all the seeds from the pepper? It&#039;s not the recipe, it was the peppers you got. Maybe try again with larger peppers?</description>
